Harriers
I have always been fascinated with the abilities of the McDonnell Aircraft Company AV8B Harrier. Vertical takeoff and landing are badly needed in combat zones where close air support is the difference between life and death to a Marine in combat. Shown are a pair of Harriers in support of Marine ground units.
