Lysander

The Westland Lysander is a very large single engine high wing aircraft, ungainly in appearance, but a work horse for  British Intelligence during the war years.  The aircraft transported agents into France for operations against the Nazis.  Most deployments were late on moonless nights for obvious reasons.
