Stuka

This illustration re-creates one of the several JU-87 Stukas flown by Hans Rudel.  The Luftwaffe's premier tank buster excelled as an athlete as well as exceptional flying abilities.  Rudel was one of a few German pilots with a price on his head, ordered by the Russians, for his death or capture.  One of the many Stukas he flew is illustrated with era information included.
