Jimmy Doolittle, one of history's most recognized and accomplished flyers, successfully lead the first attack on Japan. They flew North American B-25s from the aircraft carrier Hornet on April 16,1942. This painting illustrates elements of the "Doolittle Raiders." The original painting has been signed by three of the pilots/crew of the Tokyo Raiders. Signatures appear on 11x17 and 20x30 prints.
