Pitts
With the success of the original single-place aerobatic biplane, requests poured in to Curtiss Pitts to create a two place version. Designed for aerobatic training as well as competition, the S2A opened doors for non-pilots to experience the thrill of aerobatic maneuvers. Illustrated is an S2A owned in the seventies by a special friend of mine.
