Brad Preston with "mosaic" painting of Lt. Kyle Willyard as a Minuteman. The sign next to the painting says "The artists of Windmore, a local group of painters, collaborated to produce this painting commemorating Culpeper's 250th anniversary in 1999. The painting was presented to the Museum of Culpeper History of that year to commemorate the museum's move to Main and Mason's street."
