Dimmer
  In the June 2003 issue of Custom Planes was an article on a nice dimmer with 3 slave channels that just fit the bill for my panel.  It was offered as a kit of parts by the author, Reinhard Metz.  I ordered the kit for 3 channels, and here is what arrived:

The smaller parts came in marked envelopes, and there is a quality two sided silk screened PC board, along with a sizable heat sink.  Since the heat sink is sizable and spec'd for 5 amps, I will see how much current draw there is from the lighting, and substitute a smaller heat sink if possible.
